Spinal Adjustment
After locating any misaligned vertebrae in your spine, Dr. Wojeski manually applies gentle pressure and repositions the vertebrae. By reducing pressure on nerves, these adjustments can help restore alignment, improve mobility, and relieve pain and stiffness, as well as restore proper nerve energy to all parts of the body.
Ultrasound Therapy
The deepest penetrating therapy which can either be used like deep heat (increase circulation) or deep ice (flush out swelling and inflammation). We have found this therapy is excellent for treatment of tendinitis, bursitis, and sciatica.
Muscle Stimulation
Good for relaxation of muscle spasms and muscle reeducation for weakness.
Traction
Traction has many useful purposes such as relieving muscle spasms, dis-
sipating edema (swelling), and stretching fibrotic tissue (scar tissue).
The conditions which respond well to traction are degenerated and bulging
discs and pinched nerves coming out from the spine.
Hot/Cold Packs
Moist Hot Packs- Used to relax tight muscles and increase circulation and lymph flow. It also sedates the nervous system. Cold Packs- Reduces swelling and localized pain.
Super Pulsed Laser Therapy
FDA-cleared Super Pulsed Laser devices for temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, arthritis and muscle spasm, relieving stiffness, promoting relaxation of muscle tissue and to temporarily increase blood circulation where heat is indicated.
